“I have used Hampers.com for several years now, to provide Christms gifts for distant family members. They have never failed me and I have received appreciative comments from the recipients of the parcels. The courier always sends me information on progress with and proof of delivery but I have one criticism - the courier always asks me immediately to review the performance of the specific delivery agent; how can I know when it is the recipient who knows if there were any difficulties? Not sure how this can be resolved since they don't have an email address for the recipients.”

“The election of hampers is quite extensive for the medium sized budget. Ordering was easy but slighlty tricky in entering details of deliveries. However the orders were made and sat back to let the delivery process unfold. I ordered two identical hampers but to be delivered to two different addresses - one was delivered easily by DHL the other (which I'm told was "stuck" in the couriers' system?) was delivered later than expected. I questioned Hampers.com about this and they were very helpful in getting the issue sorted. Well done and thank you”

“Great communication. Hamper delivered on time, left on doorstep and we did not see the driver. Have not opened it as it was a present for somebody else. Will ask them to take a photo of it when it is opened, it looked great on line. Will use your company again.”
