We were very happy with the customer service. And the delivery went very smoothly. The hamper is going to be opened on xmas eve but my family said they can't wait to open it, cut looks so good.

I have yet to receive my hamper........ The delivery people have been very unsatisfactory in keeping me informed. Could you please chivvy them up otherwise I shall have to cancel my order and reorder elsewhere. The hamper is not for me but it is a Christmas present which I want to deliver on time. Regards. Beautiful hampers and really take the stress out of buying gifts for Christmas. Loyalty program is amazing. Bought 15 hampers for the Christmas season and will be buying more when required. Needed help with VAT invoice and received with in hours of request. Love hampers .com

I'm furious with your customer services. I bought and paid for 5 of your products. I filled in the addresses I wanted them to be sent to and you posted them all to my home address. I rang your customer services who wouldn't do anything about it unless I paid £12 for each parcel for it to be sorted. I carefully spent 45 minutes filling in the addresses to your website and it showed me all 5 addresses when I completed and paid for the order. It wasn't my fault your system didn’t work.

Hampers were lovely although one delivered a bit later than expected. However, one issue was the offer with first order. The website said 10% off your first order and my first order was for 2 hampers. But the discount was only given off the first item in the basket. This should be made clearer as it was misleading. It should have said 10% off the first item ordered. Be aware everyone. So if ordering multiple items make sure most expensive is first item in your basket when checking out.
