I ordered three hampers at the same time for family and friends. Unfortunately, they all arrived on different days, with the final delivery being delayed by an extra day. Sadly, the last hamper — sent to a friend — also included the wrong message. It even contained visible HTML code (), which completely lost the personal sentiment I had intended and made me wonder whether the correct hamper was sent at all. I didn’t raise the issue, as it had already been opened, and my friend was genuinely delighted to receive such a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced any issues before, so this may have been down to the delivery company rather than the seller.

I've been ordering Hampers from you every year, for the past 8 years. They seem to get better and better, with an excellent selection and quality. I live in South Australia and sending Hampera to my elderly parents. Now mum is by herself, I am still able to send them to her and know that she has a hamper on hand over the busy holiday. Just beautiful, I cannot fault the hampers or the whole process of ordering and delivery. Thank-you very much.

Excellent..as always..this despite a road closure in Stafford which prevented a d long delays. However, hamper successfully delivered and left securely, so a big thank you all there, and of course delivery driver.. Hampers.com definately epitome of efficiency ...

I paid £ 5 for delivery for the hamper to be delivered on the 18th but it was delivered on the 19th so I wasted my money as it was free delivery within 2 to 3 days

Pretty disgusted to be honest, note came with a printing error () that was not mentioned on the website. Responded to the delivery email from Hampers which said "Get in touch!" and no response or even acknowledgement. Embarrasing for me to have spent money for loyal clients and this is what arrives in the post representing me.

Dpd didn’t deliver the hamper was messed around by them Got in touch with hamper.com and they issued a refund within days Very please how quickly it was sorted out Will use them again
