“Customer using your services for over 5 years: Very unhappy with the Evri couriers that were used. Did not ring door bell, receipent was home all day. left hamper in rain on doorstep and was not found for 2 days. Raining both days and hamper was sodden. Regards Christine Moore”

“Bought 3 x hampers for business customers: the Festive Favourites Santa Sack Hamper, Christmas Cracker Hamper and also the Hawkstone Luxury Beer Hamper. The first 2 seemed ok value for money for what was included given you expect a bit of a mark up when buying a hampers such as these, however the Hawkstone Beer Hamper literally only has 4 x beers included, 2 packs of crisps, 1 pack of nuts and a jar of olives. While I respect I should have looked more carefully at what is included, this seems an extortianate cost (£46) for what is included in the hamper. Delivery was super quick though.”

“Bought as a Christmas gift for parents, we plan on giving them on Christmas Eve like a Christmas Eve box for grown ups! They arrived within two days of ordering and are exactly as advertised. The cotton bag is really pretty and I'm sure will be reused next Christmas. I'm a bit jealous to be honest and would love to receive one myself! I'm sure they'll be well received as a nice festive treat.”

“I have used Hampers.com before and was very happy overall. So decided to use again for a luxury hamper to my mother-in-law.
