“It hasn’t made me happy at all as I have ordered 3 of your hampers and they were all ordered to be delivered on the 21st December and I find out you have delivered one on the 5th December I do hope the other 2are not delivered early as well because if they are this will be the last time I order anything from you because you did the same thing last year. I am really cross as I wanted them delivered near Xmas. J Smith”

“It is a shame that there isn't enough space here for me to express of the brillient things that this company Hampers.com, have done for me over the years and years that I have used their services. If something goes a miss, or delivery done on the wrong date, or delivery not done or over charged never feel that you can't approach this company to rectify the wrong and put it all right for you. This they have done for me with any fuzz and they couldn't apologise enough. This is the sort of company that you can put your faith and trust in.
