I placed this order at the end of November to be delivered on 23rd December. It still hasn’t arrived at the location I needed it to get to which is disappointing. The look like lovely hampers but wasn’t delivered on time.

"I've used this company for around 5 years and they are absolutely fantastic. They offer a wide range of well-priced hampers for all occasions and the website is very easy to use. I recently made a delivery address error whilst ordering a hamper, I messaged them at 9:30 p.m on a Sunday evening just before Christmas, and they had it sorted within half an hour! Unbelievably Exceptional service." Companies like this are few and far between, and deserve recognition. 5 stars every time and highly recommended.

Well, not something I’d normally do but I’d run out of ideas for my parents. Finding a hamper though without Xmas cake mince pies and cheap gear as my step mother is a retired cookery teacher wasn’t easy! This looked good enough I did at first think it was expensive, however some quality cheeses a quality port and some quality biscuits with nice packaging (basket) with the timely delivery (next day) turns out to be quite the bargain! And had very happy parents A BIG thank you Neil from the west country

Still haven’t received the hamper that was promised to me before Christmas Eve. Also charged me £5.99 for for the privilege and they didn’t deliver like they promised otherwise I would have gone for the free delivery option of sometime after Xmas! Yeah not very happy as I’ve been misled. Il up this post when I actually receive the hamper which I think is in a couple of days. Hope you all had a good Xmas

Dear Jason, I’m really sorry about this and completely understand why you’re unhappy. Although both hampers were placed on the same order, they are being shipped from different sites as they are different SKU's, which means they can sometimes move through the carrier network separately. I can see that the outstanding hamper is currently with DPD and is showing as delayed at the hub. This should be out for delivery very soon, and you will receive a notification as soon as it is out for delivery. I sincerely apologise for the delay and for the frustration this has caused, especially as you expected both deliveries together. Please accept our apologies again for the inconvenience. Ordered my Christmas hamper to be delivered on Christmas Eve. At 16:03 that day hampers.com informed me it would now not be delivered until the next working day 29 December (despite it being at my local delivery depot) which was disappointing and with no time to get a replacement gift for Christmas. That said, it arrived 2 days after Christmas on 27 December, I my opinion it was poorly packaged as some of the individual items were open which was noted by the recipient. My email to hampers.com has yet to be responded to.

Ordered a hamper for my grandmother for Christmas with a grantee it would be delivered Christmas Eve. The hamper didn’t turn up till the 27th. The package was meant to be delivered by 2.30pm on Christmas Eve and I wasn’t notified it wasn’t being delivered at 7pm I sent a message to Hampers.com and still have not received a response. I wasn’t going to leave a complaint but the only correspondence I have had from Hampers.com was for me to leave a review…

To get straight to the point, I cannot review the quality of the hamper contents as it never arrived. It was a gift that should have been delivered on Christmas Eve - what an utter let down. I’ll be very surprised if this review is published.

Took an order that couldnt be delivered in time - claimed was due to circumstances outside their control. Opened a case at customer service - no action after 4 days . Didnt respond . Who knows product might be great - but getting the basics right is important .

A disgusting company with selfish attitude. Despite contacting them that hamper order for xmas was delivered 4 days after the original date is not required. It was a gift for a family member in hospital.They ignored my email and still delivers after 4 days. Will not use this company again
