“My hamper was not delivered so I rang Hampers .com who were extremely helpful. They immediately sent out another hamper which was received very happily. The hamper itself was great but the delivery company let the company down. Very good service.”

“Ordered a hamper for a friend’s birthday. Selected a specific date for delivery and they didn’t deliver until the day after, perishable items arrived warm after sweating in a box for over 2 days. Needless to say, am returning the box and asking for a full refund.”
