“Great products. Lovely website. I just wish you had more products and I that hampers could have a choice of red or white wine? Had a query on a different matter and was on chat with Steve. “After a problem with the courier Hampers customer service was second to none and immediately rectified the issue. The hamper was beautifully presented and full of delicious items much appreciated by the birthday girl.”

“As It was a gift the feedback from the recipients was positive in terms of content and look. The delivery on the other hand was not the best. I had a email saying it had been handed to the recipient but it was in fact just put in the back garden which resulted in a wet box. Luckily the contents were okay.”

“I ordered a hamper for my sister who had had a big operation but accidentally asked for the wrong delivery date. Steve couldn’t have been more helpful and, despite having already sent the hamper out for delivery, he was able to reorganise everything so it could arrive on the right day. My sister was duly delighted with the hamper. Excellent personal service and a fabulous product.”

“I live anbroad and I sent a beautiful package of chocolates to friend in the UK this past week. Third or fourth time I've used Hampers to send a happy surprise abroad. I would highly recommend them. All hampers I've sent have been hits, been delivered on time, and were quite reasonably priced especially for what they provide. Highly recommend.”
