My Aunt loved her hamper! It was ordered last minute. arrived exactly on time and was devoured immediately. Very happy with the product and service.

My hamper was a present for my elderly mother. I paid for named day delivery but it didn't arrive in time for Christmas. They did refund some of the money, but I was not impressed. We still haven't got the hamper and they sent me an email asking for a review! So I can't comment on the hamper itself.

Dear Sue, I’m very sorry about this and completely understand how upsetting this must be, especially as the hamper was for your elderly mother and intended for Christmas. Paying for named day delivery and not receiving the hamper in time is incredibly disappointing, and I’m sorry for the frustration this caused. I appreciate that a partial refund was issued, but I understand that this doesn’t make up for the delay or the fact that the hamper still hasn’t arrived. I placed an order and paid for next day delivery so my gift would come before Christmas this did not happen and then came a further few days later. Disappointing and reluctant to order again.

We arranged a last minute gift for my husbands parents it be delivered on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately we were let down and received an email at 4pm on Xmas Eve to say they were unable to deliver that day, so no gifts for my in laws for Christmas. It did arrive 27th though. Awaiting compensation from Hampers.co

I’ve used hampers.com for a few years and it’s normally being pretty good, but this year the guaranteed delivery of Christmas Eve was not met. It may have been the fault of DPD, but it was a disappointing experience nonetheless. On the upside they did refund my delivery costs and 15% of what I’d spent on the hampers.

Arranged for my hamper to arrive Christmas eve. It’s now the 28th and it’s still not arrived. I got an email explaining that my order wasn’t accepted into the carrier network and that why it wasn’t delivered on time. What was the point in me paying extra for this to arrive on a specific day? Didn’t even offer to refund the delivery fee.

Unfortunately our Hamper that was due to be with my brother for Christmas, has still not been delivered. The first day due, was postponed, the second day date given for delivery, someone was waiting at home but noone knocked the door and I received a mail to say no one was in. Third time lucky tomorrow, hopefully that will work, specific details have now been goven for delivery.
