I ordered a Christmas gift for delivery on 12/23 and it has not yet been delivered. I have not heard anything from customer service. Won’t use again!

As per most the other reviews, only ordered a Christmas Hamper, because it had delivery before Christmas (24th). It didn't arrive until 27th so it’s pretty pointless now.

I can honestly say that the product was good. The only issue I had was that I paid for the item to be delivered before Christmas. Unfortunately the item didn’t come till 27th and there was no compensation offered and the guy on the chat function didn’t really seem bothered or concerned

The product is very good nicely presented. The only thing was I payed for delivery on specific date and it didnt arrive till 2 days later I payed for delivery for that date. It was a present so that was disappointing.

With the advert of “guaranteed Christmas delivery” and paying a hefty fee for the privilege I thought I had just solved some last minute Christmas gift needs. Ordered 21st December! Nope! Has not arrived as promised, no response from their Team (now Christmas Eve morning) you think, given their business nature they’d have extra support at these times. Now 27th, no parcel, no reply and the cheek to ask for a review!

With a promise of guaranteed Christmas delivery and an order placed on 21st December, it’s entirely reasonable to expect your gift to arrive on time, especially after paying extra for that assurance. We can now see that all parcels have been delivered, we fully appreciate that this does not undo the disappointment caused by the delay on Christmas Eve, the lack of timely responses, and the stress of waiting during what should have been a festive period. We’re especially sorry that you were left without updates and then asked for a review while still waiting for your order. That understandably added to the frustration.
