Whilst trying to order a hamper which was over the £50 free delivery to the UK, when going to pay it still was trying to charge me the delivery fee. I sent an email and was advised that someone should contact me within about 24 hours. That time frame elapsed and I phoned the customer services to be told that it was only free to people in England, so the upshot of this is that they believe that Scotland is no longer part of the UK, I did point this out to the advisor but with no reaction from her.

To clarify, some postcodes are classed as out of area and fall under a two day delivery service, which can incur a delivery surcharge even when an order meets the free delivery threshold. This includes certain locations outside mainland England. I’m very sorry if this was not explained clearly at the time, and I apologise if the communication you received felt dismissive, as that is not acceptable. Ordered a present for our good neighbour choose the date for delivery came home from holiday and guest what? our neighbour didn't received the item yet. hampers.com didn't fulfil it's promise to ā€œbring joy and wholehearted togetherness through giftingā€ to us. very disappointing experience....My first and last of this hampers.com

WOW! Stunning presentation, a good variety of quality products. My brother in the UK was very appreciative & thoroughly enjoyed the red wine too. I’d made a late booking so the hamper wasn’t delivered until the first working day after Christmas, and whilst that was disappointing we called it the festive season hamper so that solved the problem. It’s important to mention hampers.com were excellent with their communication to keep me in the loop about my order, delay & delivery times. So well done hampers.com, a great service, therefore I highly recommend to everyone.

The order was neatly, nicely packed and was delivered on time. The gifts were very good. I wish the delivery person had at least rang the doorbell, because the parcel lay for a few hours at the doorstep.

The Hampers themselves were excellent and half of them were delivered as promised in a timely manner. $ of the hampers were, unfortunately, not delivered in time for Christmas (although had been ordered at the same time).

I have been ordering Christmas hampers from hampers.com for several years and have always been very pleased with both the service and the quality. Unfortunately, this year did not meet my expectations. The hamper I ordered for delivery on 24 December, to the home where I was spending Christmas Day, was not delivered until 27 December. This was disappointing and somewhat embarrassing on the day. I understand that delays can sometimes occur with third-party delivery services; however, I would have appreciated some communication to acknowledge the delay and keep me informed.

Ordering from Australia can be a bit of a gamble but this is the second year I have used Hampers.com and once more, they did not disappoint. They keep me informed all the way along the ordering, delivery and receiving process; even the delivery company send updates separately. The recipient has enjoyed the contents of the hampers both years and said she could not fault the quality. Thank you Hampers.com
