Second time we used hampers.com Yet again the hamper was delivered on the day of birthday/ celebration. Very happy recipient who is looking forward to eating the delights. Will definitely use again. We ordered " Gentlemans tea hamper". Dad was very happy.

Ordered a hamper for Mother's Day, due to be delivered on the Saturday- finally recieved the following Wednesday. Second year in a row. What a shame. Sorry mum.

Thank you for the lovely tea hamper! The delivery was on time for Mother’s Day. My mum lives in the UK and we are in Australia so it’s the perfect gift for Mother’s Day. The report from my mum was that the scones, clotted cream, jam and biscuits were delicious! I only ordered a week before delivery so thank you!

Their customer service was good. However, I paid for delivery on a specific day, the hamper did not arrive until the following day when it was too late:recipient and special day missed. They did refund the delivery charge and arrange for the hamper to be forwarded to recipient at an alternative address.

Ordered a luxury hamper for Mother’s Day 5 days in advance. Paid for selected day delivery on the Saturday. As it stands this is Mothering Sunday and still no delivery or communication, apology or acknowledgement to when it will arrive.
