“The customer service is second to none - there was a problem with my delivery and so I sent an email asking for help and received polite and useful replies in a timely manner and a new parcel was dispatched and arrived on the day it was needed in time for gifting. The recipient was very touched and the hamper was great. Thank you for renewing my faith in online customer services!”

“I live in Australia, and my lovely son and daughter-in-law live in London. I sent a hamper over to Shane for his birthday. The process of selecting which hamper was easy, and I found it really helpful that I could change the currency to Australian dollars to see exactly how much it would cost. Good move. I was kept up to date with the status of the hamper delivery, and Shane sent a photo of the received product, which he really enjoyed - and shared. I would have no hesitation in doing this again for any future occasions! Judy Wilson”

“Fantastic being able to send a gift from Canada to Wales without worry of customs and duties. You know exactly what you are paying, in the currency you are familiar with. “I had made a very silly mistake with the address and then discovered my brother had gone away on holiday for his birthday. Hampers.com sorted it out for me very swiftly and arranged a new delivery date and corrected my mistake. They were brilliant and deserve a few gold stars. Very careing and helpful staff.
