Sadly they didn't deliver my gift in time for Christmas even though they said they would so that was disappointing. The hamper however when it was delivered yesterday was very nice.

I have ordered several hampers now because I know their presentation & contents are well received. For one hamper I wanted some nice items but not too fancy as they were for an older couple. Not many companies did that. For others, I was looking for treats and value for money. Hampers.com was spot on - the perfect Christmas gift. Delivery was quick and easy to track.

I paid for our hamper to arrive on Christmas Day for an elderly relative. It didn’t arrive until two days later. I wrote to raise the issue and haven’t heard back.

Disgraceful that you can place an order online with this company, telling you it will be delivered before Christmas, for it to be delivered after Christmas. I will never use this company again and advise against anybody else as they are not reliable clearly interested in only taking your money. Not worthy writing anymore here.

Ordered and paid extra for next day delivery on 24th of December, only to be let down completely with the “no fault of our own” excuse … not good enough .. and delivery fee should be refunded!

Hampers were lovely. But we paid for a delivery date and it seemed that Hampers.com delivered when they wanted to. Not on the paid for delivery date - not sure what we paid for then?

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!! I placed my order on the 22nd December and paid for extra for next day delivery, and I'm still waiting for delivery, today is the 27th December. i tried to call they done have a phone number. I messaged nobody answered me. very disapointed and very embarrassed as i couldnt give the gift on Christmas.

Paying for next day delivery and still waiting several days later is incredibly frustrating, and this is not the experience we want anyone to have. I can see that your hamper is now at the local delivery depot and is expected to be out for delivery tomorrow. You will receive a notification as soon as it is out for delivery.
