Very nice hamper, They were so accomodating as my delivery was delayed due to the freight company during the holiday rush. Will definalty order again.

Hamper is not delivered, called customer service twice and no one take any responsibility, just promising to call me back but no one bothered. Ordered hampers many times before and never had any issues but this time around absolutely horrible experience as my friends still waiting for a present.

Unfortunately still waiting on a reply to my email regarding my undelivered hamper, despite sending a number of emails I haven't received a response or refund? Would appreciate some contact, this isn't my first order and I've not encountered a problem before so hope this can be rectified soon.

Hello Andrea, We’re very sorry for the delay and completely understand how upsetting this must have been, especially as the order was placed with a guaranteed delivery before Christmas and expected on Christmas Eve. Receiving it after Christmas is incredibly disappointing and not the experience you should have had. We’re also very sorry that you didn’t receive a response to your email. Hamper was receiced by my family and the response was great, they were very happy with it. My only issue came with the delivery which is not directly the companies fault. The item was thrown over a back gate and nobody was informed of this. It was only discovered by chance. Amazingly the bottle of wine did not break!

Great selection, delivery done as promised. All round great experience for sending goodies to loved ones in the UK now that international postage id prohibitive for most gifts - the postage is often be more than the value of the gift !!

Item as described, however the advertised as Christmas Eve delivery was false. the Invoice clearly confirmed the stated delivery of 24 December 2025. Item not delivered until 27 December 2025. Missed Christmas gift
