The hamper was nice but despite asking for delivery on a specific day, it arrived the day after which was such a shame as it was a birthday gift.

Our hamper was a lovely surprise Christmas present from our daughter and son in law who live in Australia. It had lots of tasty goodies that we probably wouldn't buy in a normal shop. Highly recommend!

Your products are excellent but Evri are a disaster. My hamper was out for delivery last Tuesday. I got a message that evening to say they hadn’t delivered then no communication until my hamper was delivered on Saturday. Three days late for my friend’s birthday.

We paid extra for named day delivery. However, Evri let hampers.com down by not delivering until the following day. Hampers.com refunded the delivery charge, but we were still disappointed and frustrated that our relative didn’t receive the gift on her special day.

Ordered a hamper for a friends special birthday over a week ago and it still hasn’t been delivered despite choosing nominated day delivery. Have emailed the company and still waiting to hear back. Will not be using this company again.
