I am located in the US and, on behalf of my boss, had to order 8 different hampers to be delivered to 8 different members of our client located in the UK. I chose hampers.com because of the variety they offered and the posted positive reviews. For the most part, I am pleased with the products ordered. Unfortunately, the order & delivery process didn't go quite as desired. All 8 members were at the same location. However, the website order dashboard would not allow me to indicate the hamper that I wanted to be delivered to a particular member so I had to complete 8 separate orders to ensure each member received the particular hamper I chose for him/her. Because there were 8 separate orders, the hampers were not all delivered at the same time nor on the same day. Then there was a glitch on the delivery company's part in that their records showed only 7 hampers delivered rather than 8 hampers. There was no name associated with the delivery notification so I had to contact hampers.com to find out whose hamper had not been delivered. Although hampers.com provided me with a name, that member told me he had received a hamper. Which necessitated me contacting the remaining 7 recipients to determine whether they had received their hampers. That was not an ideal situation. I must commend and give a huge shout out to Steve Enevoldsen at hampers.com customer serivce who was super responsive to all my inquiries and assisted with getting the hampers delivered. Although the order and delivery process wasn't as desirable as I would have liked, I would order from hampers.com again if the occasion arises.

Good selection but a little pricey. Paid £6 for delivery before christmas and only received an email midday christmas eve to say it wouldnt arrive until the 27th now, sorry. Left no chance to get an alternative before christmas. Would have atleast been nice to be offered the delivery charge back as it wasn't what I paid for

Unfortunately, my order arrived after Christmas Day, despite being advertised as guaranteed delivery for Christmas Day and after I paid additional fees for insured delivery on the selected date. I was only informed on the evening of Christmas Eve that the delivery would be delayed, which left no opportunity to source an alternative gift, as all shops were closed on Christmas Day. This was extremely disappointing, and I would not order from this company again.

The hamper was amazing but the delivery very disappointing. My parents were waiting on Christmas Eve for their hamper which was delivered on the 27th well after the event. So will never buy one again

Paid for a delivery date and not only did it not arrive but we are not 5 days later and still no Christmas hamper. Sent an email to customer services and had no response. Would not recommended and will not be using them again

Absolutely shocking hamper and service. We will never use this company again. Firstly, we ordered it and were told it would be delivered on Wednesday 24th December. The whole reason was to get it for Christmas Day. It arrives on the 28th and for £150 it is the biggest rip off! The actual contents add up to approximately £40; so to have paid £150 for it is disgraceful. Dreadful.

You should deliver the basket on December 24th. I payed an extra cost, to choose the day. My daughter lives in UK and I wanted to spend , someway, Christmas evening with her. You sent me a message on the 24th apologising that you wouldn’t be able to deliver. I was sad, and felt very bad. I live in a country where your hamper is really expensive for us. I asked to deliver on the 29th, since she would travel the next morning. I hope this never happens with anyone else. Thanks

My hamper was a present for my elderly mother. I paid for named day delivery but it didn't arrive in time for Christmas. They did refund some of the money, but I was not impressed. We still haven't got the hamper and they sent me an email asking for a review! So I can't comment on the hamper itself.
