Pleased with past history but this year it was. A little difficult due to poor telephone reception. I was told someone would ring me back within 24 hours.alas no one did .I did however manage to order online but lost out on the discount.

Easy to use and simple to update. You provided a quick means of amending delivery date and instructions. I was sending this from overseas so good communication was appreciated. It would be helpful if delivery date options were earlier in the process before entering lots of other information but this was a minor issue.

We ordered the Ale and Cheese hamper as a birthday gift. While the three bottles of ale were impressive, we were a little underwhelmed by the single round of cheese included. However, there were some very nice accompaniments -- pickled onions, mustard, crackers, nuts. Maybe we didn't read the description carefully. The recipient was happy with the hamper which is really what matters.
