Ordered a Christmas gift for a friend in Birmingham on 16th December and it was delivered safely by Wednesday 18th. Received notification so able to follow its progress.

Good range of hampers and found the one I wanted. Very useful that I could choose the delivery date, though I had to pay £5 extra for this option and then it was delivered a day to early, only reason for dropping one star. All in all, I would use again.

Only issue was only half was delivered the rest meant to be here today but that's the couriers issue

Brought two as Xmas gifts for friends, good selection especially as one needed to be non alcoholic. Easy purchasing process and delivery was prompt. Have used hampers.com previously so happy to use again as a positive experience last time.

Great hampers a nice treat. I have ordered from here before and it was delivered quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately this time the wrong house number was on the site the courier went home instead of delivering the Hamper so this surprise gift wasn't a surprise anymore. Company offered to replace it.

Easy to order online and great products. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, was the delivery was too quick! I paid extra to be delivered on my mum's 90th birthday when she would have people with her, but it arrived two days earlier. Not a huge problem, just a bit annoying. Will definitely be ordering again though.

There were fast at delivery becuse DHL service was used. Last year the DPD courier did not deliver on time.
