Excellent service hamper delivered on time - only problem was that the recipient did not know who it was from as the message I’d written was not in the hamper , other than that all good.

Although there was a technical issue with delivery to my chosen address via the website, customer services were very helpful sorting everything out over the phone. The hamper arrived a day later than my selected Sunday date but I think that was down to the delivery partner. The recipients were delighted with the hamper itself.

The content and packaging of the hamper was excellent quality. Website extremely easy to navigate, search and order. We did have an issue with the order being lost by the delivery company, however hampers.com dealt with the issue quickly and professionally and it was tn delivered 2 days later. Things can go wrong but what’s important is how well a company deals with it and hampers.com exceeded expectations.

Hamper delivered on date requested and was a lovely surprise. Excellent service. Well received. The size of packets of goods inside could be more generous for the price but ease of ordering and delivery help justify the cost.

I would have liked if I had been informed my hamper was being left with a neighbour and not just left. Especially when my phone number was provided.

It is very convenient and the delivery was quick. My only criticism is that they are a little pricey for the amount you get inside. The delivery company left the parcel on the doorstep of the gift receiver, as they were not in, but could have (more appropriately) left the parcel with a nextdoor neighbour or behind their side gate.

Customer service were really helpful when there was an issue with delivery, and it was resolved fast. Purchased as a gift to a customer, however do feel the hampers are not the best value for money. Don't feel you get a huge amount in them for the cost, and wouldn't purchase one for friends with personal money, only via work. The general buying experience was very good!
