Ordering and delivery was spot on, only disappointing part was that the message I created wasn’t with the package, which left the receiver unaware who sent it

My brother and his wife were very pleased with their cream tea hamper from yourselves. This is the first time I have ordered from you I have given four stars rather than five because of the delivery from Evri. The hamper was delivered but it was left outside in the rain as my brother was out. It was not signed for as Evri told you it was - just so you know for reference.

My grandparents were thrilled with their afternoon tea hamper. Lots of hamper companies don't deliver on a Monday, but hampers.com do so I coukd get it delivered on my grampy's birthday.

Easy ordering, clear on what products were included, quick delivery. My one quibble- they delivered a day early so the birthday suprise was a bit spoiled, but we still enjoyed the hamper.

Overall delicious. However, there were some alterations to the items and some portions of snacks were quite small. It would be great to have the option to customize the items (ex. Omit or add items).

Excellent service hamper delivered on time - only problem was that the recipient did not know who it was from as the message I’d written was not in the hamper , other than that all good.

Although there was a technical issue with delivery to my chosen address via the website, customer services were very helpful sorting everything out over the phone. The hamper arrived a day later than my selected Sunday date but I think that was down to the delivery partner. The recipients were delighted with the hamper itself.
