There were fast at delivery becuse DHL service was used. Last year the DPD courier did not deliver on time.

I am on the other side of the world, ordeted hamper online for UK recipient. They have rrceived prompt delivery and I received prompt response to my order and good communication during the proceds. Many thanks for that.

The purchasing end is fine and streamline not sure as far as the products as these were delivered to different people as gifts

Gifts were lovely but the experience was tarnished a bit because I sent two hampers to two different addresses with personalised messages and the personalised hampers were sent to the wrong addresses. It wasn't a huge disaster as the family members were each receiving the same gift, but it was a Christmas gift so it would have been better if the message had been for the right recipient.
