The hamper arrived very quickly after placing the order and the contents appear to be a good selection of quality items. The hamper was a Xmas gift so I can't comment in detail on the contents. The one aspect I didn't like was that the price 'mysteriously' went up by approx.£5 between 16th Dec. when I first perused your website and 18th Dec. when I placed the order - this suggests sharp practice. (I was not able to order on the 16th because I needed to confirm the delivery address.) Other than that, very happy with the hamper and the service, thank you.

So, i ordered a hamper for family (from Australia to UK) and the wrong item was sent post Christmas. However, I can say once I let the team at Hampers know of the issue they refunded me and sent out another (correct) hamper within 2 days. My sister-in-law was thrilled with the received hamper. Great customer service 👏

This hamper was a present - everything in it was great and well loved: my only issue was that I paid for delivery on a specific day, knowing that someone would be in, but the parcel wasn’t delivered until three days later.

Beautiful hamper, excellent business to deal with. Only issue was the hamper,which was supposed to be a birthday surprise gift, was delivered ten days earlier than the specified date.
