Hamper was for family member in UK. We in NZ so do not know if contents good but order and delivery service spot on.

The dates were complicated and the address was not central, but it took longer than I expected. But well, they liked it, which is what matters in the end. I will order again!

I bought the hamper as a gift for my sister. Her response was that she really enjoyed the hamper and liked everything that was in it. I was concerned about delivery time as it came 1 day before I requested.

The hamper arrived very quickly after placing the order and the contents appear to be a good selection of quality items. The hamper was a Xmas gift so I can't comment in detail on the contents. The one aspect I didn't like was that the price 'mysteriously' went up by approx.£5 between 16th Dec. when I first perused your website and 18th Dec. when I placed the order - this suggests sharp practice. (I was not able to order on the 16th because I needed to confirm the delivery address.) Other than that, very happy with the hamper and the service, thank you.

So, i ordered a hamper for family (from Australia to UK) and the wrong item was sent post Christmas. However, I can say once I let the team at Hampers know of the issue they refunded me and sent out another (correct) hamper within 2 days. My sister-in-law was thrilled with the received hamper. Great customer service 👏
