“I ordered the Hamper to be delivered next day due to a colleague retiring and to be presented at his farewell party, and it arrived 3 days later. While it is nothing wrong with the Hamper it is disappointing that we could not give it to the person on the day. I will claim the sending cost back”

“I'm not too happy about the delay in delivery by your delivery company. My concern is that there were items in the hamper that may go out of date soon!! I thought I had requested delivery for the 19th as I paid £5.99 for a specified date and had 2 hampers so assuming as they were going to different addresses I would need to have paid that twice? Not really acceptable! I was notified this hamper was to be delivered on the 12th but assuming it was delivered to my cousin today. I haven't heard from her.”
