“I sent a hamper with a request to include a gift message. The recipient received the hamper but it did not include the gift message so they did not know who had sent it. This was embarressing as I had to check with the recipient to see if they had received it with made a mockery of sending a gift, And to make matters worse your optional quetions about speed of delivery, overall experience, customer service and how likelly I am to recommend you does not work!!!”

We understand how important a gift message is, especially when sending a hamper as a surprise. The gift message is included on the gift card, which is placed in a clear plastic pouch at the front of the hamper, next to the delivery label. Unfortunately, this can sometimes be overlooked when the hamper is opened, and we appreciate you highlighting this as it shows us we need to make the placement clearer. We also apologise for the issues you experienced with the review questions not working and will ensure this is passed on to the relevant team. “Thank you, a hiccup with the courier was sorted out following my telephone call. The hamper is lovely for my family living a long way from me. As soon as the customer service people knew there was a delay this was resolved and the hamper arrived within a couple of hours. They were lovely on the phone very efficient, respectful and understanding. Will certainly send hampers from them in the future, thank you again hampers.com”

“I ordered the Hamper for a Christmas gift to family in England. They said it was lovely and looked very nice. The delivery was on the date I requested and I received notification when it had been delivered. Great Job. I can highly recommend Hampers”

“Just ordered the Afternoon Tea Delights Hamper for my mother-in-law as a little Christmas treat. We live in Sweden and wanted to get something for just her that could easily be delivered. Great hamper options at affordable prices. Very easy to place order. I was incredibly impressed with the swift delivery. My mother-in-law loved it and called to say so. “I would give hampers.com 5/5 if they didn't use Evri to deliver. You don't know and, worryingly, Evri don't know when the package meant for you will be delivered. The tracking information is apocryphal Good hamper though”
