“Easy to order, lovely hamper and contents. Sadly the message we added to the order to be added to the hamper so the recipient would know who the hamper was from was not included.”

I apologise for the confusion regarding the gift message - I understand how important it is when sending a gift. For clarity, the gift message is placed on the outside of the hamper, inside the clear document pouch next to the address label, rather than inside the box itself. “The hampers are good and are great as corporate gifts. I have been purchasing approx 30 hampers every Christmas for a fair few years. My only complaint is the delivery service. Never on the day promised and not all delivered in one go which causes complications when someone has to be available to receive them.”

“I received my hamper which I was gifting to a family member. I was unhappy with how it was packaged. It came in a standard cardboard box with straw. No presentation whatsoever. I now have to repackage it myself. I could just as easily made up my own hamper!!”

I understand how frustrating it must have been to expect a more traditional presentation and feel you now need to repackage it yourself. Some of our hampers are presented in gift boxes rather than baskets, with protective packing used to ensure the items arrive safely. “Great selection of hampers and very competitively priced. Ordering was fairly easy, took some thinking out to order 2 hampers for 2 different addresses, especially when adding discount codes. Ended up ordering 1 at a time. Worked beautifully. As hampers were gifts, I can’t comment on the contents look or taste, but recipients were delighted with them. Only thing that let hampers.com down was the delivery company!!”
