I was delighted with the customer service from Hampers.com. In a hurry, I ordered online and managed to put my own address as recipient instead of my daughter. I realised straight away and sent an email but this was after business hours. No matter, customer service called me and asked for the correct address. The parcel was intercepted and my daughter received the hamper on time. Amazing. Thank you.

Unable to comment relating to the contents as the hamper is a gift. What I can say is that the parcel arrived the day after placing my order. That’s pretty damn good, generally these days everyone is always complaining, but your choice was on the money👍 Thanks Guys.

After receiving 4/5 broken or wrongly packed drinks Hampers last year we were promised "this wouldn't happen again" .... guess what, had this years 30 drinks Hampers and we have 5 that are broken in some way ..... and we only have to wait 30 days for a complaint to be dealt with .... HAPPY CHRISTMAS .. laughable

Even said hamper got delivered at 19:06 and the picture they sent was a stock photo from the daytime!! Then you guys said it was at 21:12 and because of the lies I spent the next morning trying to sort it out and it eventually came Monday which was after her birthday!!!!

Dear Jason, I completely understand why it felt misleading, but I want to reassure you that we did not lie to you at any point. All of the updates we shared were taken directly from the courier’s tracking system. Unfortunately, carriers do not always scan parcels in real time, and timestamps or photos can sometimes upload later or be incorrect, which can result in conflicting information showing. I appreciate how frustrating this was, particularly as you had to spend extra time trying to resolve it and the hamper arrived after the birthday. As we are in Australia, postage can take a while to reach the UK when getting close to Christmas so we decided to get a hamper delivered. The Christmas hamper chosen was well priced and our friends were delighted by the surprise gift. Delivery was fast and constantly updated. Thank you.
