This was a gift being delivered directly to an elderly family member with disabilities. The parcel was dropped inside the back gate, a place she isn't able to get to, even if she knew it was there! As I live 2 hours away I wasn't able to help. The parcel was wet by the time I had arranged for someone to get it for her. Luckily the contents were ok but that is hardly the point! She has a front door with a porch where every other delivery driver places her parcels.

Leaving the parcel inside the back gate, somewhere inaccessible to her, is completely unacceptable and not the standard we expect from our delivery partners. I understand how distressing this must have been for you, particularly as you live some distance away and had to rely on others to retrieve it. While I’m relieved the contents were not damaged, I fully appreciate that this does not take away from the situation or the worry it caused. Please accept my sincere apologies. Hamper not delivered even when I ordered it 10 days before delivery date. Cancelled after failure to confirm when the delivery could be made. Waiting for refund. Will never use again. Ordered from Prestige Hampers with no problem.

Such an easy way to send a gorgeous hamper to family in the United Kingdom from Australia. The whole process was very simple and the communication and updates from Hampers.com were very helpful. Our delivery arrived promptly and will be very much enjoyed by my UK family at Christmas time.

I actually ordered hampers from 2 different companies this year (I’m based in Australia and wanted to easily gift to family in the U.K.). Both hampers purchased were received, but hands down, communication and efficiency has to go to you - spot on, well done .. will definitely use again ***** :)

Items are good seem of good quality, the smaller hampers arrive in a box (I should have read the description) for me I feel it’s over priced and have to purchase a basket to cheer it up a bit

Ordered from Nth Qld. Australia. My cousin was delighted with the Hamper which was safely delivered a day earlier than I requested —and for which I had paid extra. Not that it really mattered but I certainly won’t pay for the delivery on a specific date in the future. Ordering was very easy and I will use this company again. thank you.
