Ordered two hampers to go to different addresses and the first one arrived on the scheduled date but unfortunately the second one went astray, which was the fault of the carrier not Hampers.com. However, Rania from Hampers.com went above and beyond on sorting the problem and ensuring delivery was made before Xmas, she is a credit to the company. The quality of product on the hampers is excellent and was beautifully presented. All in all, everyone was very satisfied.

Reasonable selection, reasonable prices. Excellent timing and processing of order with excellent notification. Great service of being able to include personal message and choose a delivery date. Nice packaging/presentation.

Total scam - ordered two hampers, worth almost £300, which were never delivered, despite messages being sent to me saying they were on their way. Went to web site only to find my order had been cancelled - the day before I made it!

If i could I will not even give zero stars to this company. I placed an order well in time to be delivered before Christmas but yesterday received an email that they lost the tracking number - umm??? Basically they over sold the item and did not ship it and making excuses. Trying to get them to send a replacement order but the customer service only responds to email after 24 hour and that too only once a day and then give no clear instructions on how to send replacement gift which now will be delivered after Christmas.

Ordered 2 to the same address only one delivered!! Just seen other reviews saying the same, why it is so hard not even different addresses not happy at all when I have paid a lot for delivery! Can you let me know when the other one is due to be delivered and I would like the delivery refunded please!

I’m really sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused, especially after paying for delivery and expecting both hampers together. When multiple hampers are ordered, they can sometimes be dispatched from different warehouses, which means they may arrive separately. I appreciate that this isn’t clear from the customer side and can be very disappointing when you’re expecting everything at once. Ordered and paid for next day delivery for two hampers and only received one of them, the other one went missing? I contacted the customer service team twice and waited half an hour on each phone call, to be told there was a delay and I wouldn’t be receiving my hamper for Christmas Day. Extremely dissatisfied and now having to chase to get a refund! I wouldn’t buy from here again!

Did not deliver the Xmas hamper as paid for, said a small number did not go into the courier system, now due on 29th December, that is no good for a Xmas hamper, be warned as I had an email to say it was out for delivery but obviously wasn't. Would not use them again, totally unreliable and someone is lying??@?@@

I’m genuinely so sorry for how upsetting and frustrating this experience has been, especially given it was meant to be a Christmas hamper and you were relying on the delivery updates you received. I completely understand why this feels unacceptable. A full refund has now been processed, as we appreciate that delivery after Christmas does not meet the purpose of the order. I can also see that the hamper is currently at the delivery depot and, once it is out for delivery, you will receive a notification directly from the courier. That said, I know this does not undo the disappointment caused. I’m truly sorry for the confusion, the mixed messages, and the loss of trust this situation created. Previously ordered and had a good service, however, this time despite placing an order for £130 in October with a named day delivery for December, as a christmas present for the family, only half the order was dispatched on time so left with a bit of a disappointing Christmas. According to tracking it looks like it'll be sat with the couriers for a week till after Christmas which isnt ideal since I believe the hamper contains perishables. I haven't received anything besides an automatic apology email claiming hampers are not at fault.

Got one as a gift - was so impressed I bought numerous hampers as gifts for friends and family. V high quality content, hampers ranging from £30 all the way to £900 and everything in between. Speedy delivery. Really took a lot of the stress out of Christmas this year. Will definitely use again.
