“Items never arrived DOD courier lied said we wasn’t at residence, my wife and I home all day. Courier messaged to say collect from Argos . Why their fault delivery back to us 😡”

Hi Robert, as frustrating as it is, this really isn't our fault and I don't see why a 1 star review is representative of our business. We can only do everything possible to get it picked, packed and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. Once it's in the hands of DPD we don't have much control. Until you got in touch we had no idea control over the parcel. We resent this at our expense also. I understand it's frustrating but should the negative review not be directed at DPD rather than us?
