“I am going to give it 5* for its performance. First time using it and I have to say it was brilliant - its nice and thick, clings well and really does break down wheel grime and dirt, especially in the Barrels when used with a wheel brush. I would definitely recommend to enthusiast and pro detailers alike. My only negative, but not enough to warrant a lesser rating. The dilution ratio is so high, 200ml of product from a 500ml bottle. Its 1:4 - which means you only basically get 2.5 cars worth of product for £12, which is £4.80 per use. Which is a bit ridiculous. Yes you can buy 5l, but no one is spending £60 before they've even tried it. I recommend diluting 100ml to 400ml water (450ml) or 50ml to 200ml water (250ml) - its the same 1:4 ratio and the product will last longer. Its definitely one of the better/best dedicated wheel snow foams ive used.”

Hi Stuart, You never contacted us until the 12th of July at 8:4pm we replied in the morning and on the back of the conversations have refunded that for you. So I'm sorry you feel our company deserves the 2 star review but you have to accept sometimes there is only so much we can do sometimes and other than hand delivering it ourselves which is obviously impossible. Errors can of course happen. I trust you left DPD a similar review, although I can't see you did? Many thanks, Tim
