“Order was on time and quick, but there was one thing that was incorrectly picked, or maybe swapped due to stock? Not a major issue as it will still do the job, it just wasn't what I requested. I emailed about it and got no response. Other than that, bob on.”

“Based on two "worthwhile" orders, the business was transacted satisfactorily. However, two email requests for product information went unanswered which is very poor after service. Thus, unfortunately, only 3 stars for this, my first review of CleanYourCar.”

“Usually CYC are excellent but recently their fulfilment / packing has not been great. On my last two orders I have had items marked / damaged due to bad packing and I have had to nudge them to dispatch my order. Tim perhaps take a look at my email from the 8th of July giving you a nudge. The issue on the recent order was the vinyl letter literally be forced into a bucket creasing it all up making it next to impossible to apply. Unfortunately all of this was indeed within your control. I hope you appreciate honest feedback from CYC supporter of 10+ years. Also I asked for my review to be anonymous but you have replied using my name so others can see it?”

Hi Andrew, we genuinely appreciate the custom. However you did order over the bank holiday weekend so we couldn't ship until the 1st Anyway. You ordered 7pm on the 29th (Saturday) using free shipping, yet we dispatched on the 1st, which was the first day we could dispatch. On top of that you did also take advantage of the bank holiday discount, which again must pressure on dispatch. You also say you had to nudge us to ship it, but we didn't have any emails from you, and you say you had damaged/marked items but again no emails. If it's relating to the buckets, more often than not because it's shint plastic these are often delivered to us stacked from the manufacturer so it's almost impossible for us to find perfect ones, even before we ship. Anyway like I say, appreciate the order but based on free delivery, big discounts and items usually out of our control hopefully you in future can cut us a bit of slack. Tim

“I don’t like to leave reviews to damage a reputation and I’m sure it won’t, as most are positive but i don't seem to be able to get a response from you. I received my products minus 2 sprays for bottles that I need to use. I can’t use them without the sprays and have been in touch twice to politely request that they be sent to me, without a response. My order number is #1166237”

“Order dispatched and delivered quickly. All items 100% as discribed and very well packed. The 3 stars rating is because they don't reply to mail enquiry, which is by default poor customer service.”

“Quick Delivery which is great. However, not sure on the quality of the products. We have order 3x 11Litre DI Vessels and each one has leaked or has issues with the nossels. Would class this as a faulty product.”

“very happy with the delivery, but not happy with the carrage costs! Most companies give free carrage over £50 I spent over £70 and had to pay £14 in carrage costs, not very good.”

“Ooft. Buyer beware. These pads are about the size of your average McVites Jaffa Cake (other brands are available). It's not that the promotion misrepresented the pads in anyway, the fault is my own for not checking thoroughly. Lesson learned hopefully mistake not to be repeated.”

“Purchased over £170 worth of products and they then added £12 delivery charge .....and charged dpd 48hrs ....its now Thursday and products still not arrived order placed Sunday night ....most companies offer free post if you spend over £100 ....I had an alloy wheel posted to me recently and it cost the same price !”
