“have used a number of online car detailing product suppliers and am surprised that I’ve not come across Clean You Car before now. A great range of products at competitive prices, excellent communication, prompt dispatch and items were very well packaged. A shout-out to DPD for prompt delivery. It could be that I’ve found my one-stop cleaning products supplier!”

“Ordered 4 items, all of which on the website, were all in stock!! Confirmation of this order was emailed back to me to confirm all of the items upon receipt, were in stock. Upon delivery, only 2 items were correct & for some other reason the other 2 just seamed to be not what I wanted but without correspondence, was packaged out to me without giving me the chance to review!!! Sent a email for them to rectify this order but once again, no correspondence! Gave them chance to respond!! Stay away!”

“Been using Clean Your Car for 10 years now, never had any problems. Carry a wide range of stock from good choice of companies at competitive prices. Delivery has also always been good. Have a points loyalty scheme which is also useful if you order from regularly. Are my first choice when I need to restock on detailig products.”

Hi Ben, Sorry ignore that. There was the initial delay (which DPD put down to the trailer) but no idea what happened after that at your local depot (I'll speak to our account manager) With regards the contacted us and no reply for 5 days. Genuinely we have had absolutely no emails from you. I've checked under your name, email address, order number and if you did send us a email it definitely didn't reach us. Many thanks, Tim
