“Mammoth - Magic Eraser Sponges - Twin Pack Don't waste your money on these, completely disintegrated, on the up side I have room in my bin for when I use the second one😁. Did post a review on the website but this was not posted? Never had a problem with the guys from Clean Your Car before, these were so cheap so I thought I would try them out, maybe there in lies the problem. You get what you paid for.”

“Cheapest delivery cost over £4 for a small plastic cable clamp that could have been sent by royal mail. Overall it was still the cheapest source though. Clip wrapped in layers of bubble wrap as if it was a fragile porcelain doll. It's the thought that counts I guess.”

“CleanYourCar provide an excellent service to it's customers. From recommendations and advice, To the vast array of selected products that they carry. I asked for advice on a long term car wax that would protect my paint for upto 12 months and especially through the winter months. They recommend Collinite waxes. I then did my follow up research and decided that Collinite No. 845 Insulator Wax was what I was looking for. Plus, Collinite - Insulator Speed Wax Detailer S-845 I placed my order with CleanYourCar for a quick delivery. Thanks guys for a great service. I will be sure to shop again.👍🏻”

“I needed the products ASAP. Paid for next day delivery, but DPD failed to deliver twice and delivered a week and a half late. Missed out on the Easter sale because of this, reached out via email and the contact form but no response. Disappointed to say the least as I have had good experiences with CYC previously.”

“I paid for shipping to be delivered the next business day. Unfortunately, I did not receive it and when I wrote a complaint, the company did not even respond to me. Poor customer service, I am very sorry.”

Hi Robert, just checked and 100% no email from you. I can see the order, but the last email other than that was 02/05/2025. I'm guessing the issue will have been DPD though. Despite the long bank holiday they didn't collect from us on the Tuesday. We loaded up with our own vans and drove the parcels to the depot after hours. both me and Dave not getting home until after 9pm. We thought, great job done. Not quite. DPD then fell over and of the 200+ we took to the depot less than 50 were actually delivered the next day. So I'm assuming your must have been caught in that. We genuinely did everything and more in our powers to get your order delivered. We worked through the bank holiday and then hand delivered the orders to DPD, there's nothing more we could physically have done. I absolutely promise you we've had no email from you, but best thing sometimes to do is just pick up the phone. There probably wasn't anything we could have done though as 75% plus of the orders were still sat in the Leeds depot. They then repeated that the next day, we got a collection but only again a fraction went out. On the back of that we were just fore fighting people chasing orders. DPD frustratingly don care, we do. So it is a shame that you have directed the negative review to us as you could probably see we had dispatched it. But unfortunately unless we physically hand deliver to you things happen especially with couriers. So obviously disappointed you feel our efforts are worth 2 stars, but do understand the frustration.
