“Pressure washer ordered over a bank holiday weekend with next day delivery chosen. This was delivered on time with good tracking to know when it would arrive. Packing was amazing giving good protection during delivery. Very happy with the service.”

“I ordered clean by pans spray polish. DPD said they couldn’t find my address (it’s on a main road) it’s been sent back to clean your car. I’ve emailed you and had no response, I’m £37 out of pocket still with no answer and no product. Awful.”

Hi Andy, I just checked on the parcel and it seems when you ordered online, you didn't put a first line for the address, just a repeat of the postcode. We will have sent a order conformation to check the details at the time of ordering DPD obviously from that wouldn't have you but then emailed to request more information. After that it's been stuck in limbo. Hands up, I've just seen the email which did get missed over the weekend, but it could have been quickly resolved with a quick follow up or call. You absolutely won't be out of pocket as we will get another sent at our cost for you. Tim
