“I have had 2 online shopping experiences with Clayton's. The first went perfectly and at that point I would have given them a 5 star review. My second went badly and I felt their customer service was poor hence my 2 star review today. I bought a G Plan suite which was not up to standard. As the intermediary I felt Clayton's could have dealt with my complaint in a more helpful and efficient manner.”

“The delivery was on time and the delivery team were very careful moving the wardrobe parts. Paul came to fit the wardrobe the next day and he was very helpful and obliging. He took all the waste away with him and when he was putting the wardrobe together one small piece was missing but he had a spare on his van so this didn't delay anything. A very good job done. Throughout the process we were kept well informed by Claytons”

“We have used claytons quite a few times for carpets and furniture as well as beds all the staff are fantastic and knowledgeable Mike with carpets and Ian with beds and bedroom furniture were both outstanding and a special thanks to them for helping us out will definitely be returning again soon thanks again George and Donna Thorold Brant Road Lincoln”
