“We are slowly getting a bit more choosy as we enter our autumn years. If we don't like the company or people then whatever the price we are restrained. Claytons from the outset, particularly Glynis, were professional but cosy (my wife prefers "reassuring") and when they were also the best price...well.... we were in Utopia....which apparently is close to Lincoln! The delivery guys too were great...could not do enough for us although we did pay for the premium delivery service...trust us it's worth it. There was a little mark on one of our chairs but within the week a technician was out and resolved the issue perfectly. So as you can see we experienced the complete saga of major furniture ordering. Claytons seemingly want to make you happy...and in our case they did. Well done Claytons and particularly Glynis, the delivery guys and the technician.”

“Ian is extremely knowledgeable and there was no “hard sell”. Allowed us time to make our own decisions within our own time. In fact this is the 3rd bed that we have had the assistance and knowledge from Ian. Purchased from Clayton’s before and will do again when we need to.”

“A pleasure to deal with. Good product selection over 2 floors. Ian was attentive but not pushy, pleasant to deal with and gave us space and time to consider what we were looking for. Having made the choice paperwork was simple to complete. After sales service has Been excellent.”

“Fantastic Service Once Again From Clayton’s. It started with friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. We were guided on the best kind of flooring for our Lounge and hallway. The free measure up service was quick and reliable. Even when we went back in and changed our mind on what flooring we were having it was not a problem. The complimentary cleaning kit was also a nice added touch that went down well with us. Then came the fitting. Dan came and did an absolute marvellous job. He was courteous , professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We are so happy with the final result and want to say a big thank you to all at Clayton’s.”

“Recently bought a bed from Claytons, had gone in looking for one size and after chatting to Ian, we realised we may be able to go up a size, we had to go home and measure the alcove correctly ( judging the gap size with a pair of toddlers wellies doesn't work so well) and we're pleased we could upside. Ian was fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful, we must of tried out most of the beds up there. Ian talked through different storage options and mattress types and helped us narrow it down to the bed that was perfect for our spare room. Delivery was quick and the bed was put together my two lovely chaps, they took all the packaging away with them and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Fantastic service from start to finish.”

“Went to choose a reclining chair, spent a long time in the showroom trying out different ones with knowledgeable help and advice from Glynis. The new chair was ready when she said it would be, and was delivered with care today by two men, efficient and cheerful in the pouring rain. Very happy with it.”

“Can't speak highly enough of Claytons. Glynis was brilliant when buying the settees. Getting us the best price and was very knowledgeable about the products. Jake and Steve the delivery guys were very friendly and efficient putting the settees where we wanted them. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly buy from them again.”

“I'm very picky!!! The whole process of my recent carpet purchase was an experience that is a rarity these days. The staff are very knowledgeable, approachable, interested in your project and able to offer advice and suggestions. The products are wide ranging and suitable for all pockets. The organisation of fitting was efficient and built into my time frame and the extra threshold that was ordered was excellent. My fitter arrived promptly and was very personable. He was skilled and even went the extra mile when the wooden threshold was shaped to fit exactly. I am delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend this company. It's a pity there aren't more like Claytons. Absolutely first class in every respect. My thanks. Janie Smith”

“Right from the first visit to the store the sales person was very helpful and not at all pushing us anything we didn't want. Delivery seamless and 2 of the nicest men I have had the pleasure to have had in my home. Paul worked tirelessly and got the job done. All in all would 100% recommend Claytons to anyone”

“What a fantastic service we had from Claytons. Very helpful staff in showroom.....weren't pushy but gave us time to decide what we would like. The carpet fitters were brilliant....they worked well together in a quiet and professional way. They explained things to us and gave advice as needed and were polite and friendly. I would recommend Claytons and I have done already to my friends. Thank you everyone.”

“We had excellent service today by Glynis when choosing a new sofa; she helped us with colours and fabrics. In addition, we were also given very good recommendations for shades of carpets to compliment the sofas. Cannot recommend the team at Clayton’s highly enough.”

“An outstanding and faultless service which started when I walked into the store and continued right up until the delivery was completed. Ian helped us in store and gave us sound advice and clearly knew what he was talking about and without any of the usual sales pressure I have had in other stores, he gave us the time to decide on what we wanted and made sure we were happy with our purchase. The delivery time was without any delay and the bed was delivered and built without any hassle. Will I use Clayton’s again? Absolutely, and I have already recommended them to others.”
