Wrong price on the website . Rang and pointed this out . I thought they would be more flexible on the HUGH price difference . No Joy . One disappointed returning customer . Ref . Three piece suite.

If possible I’d love to share photos of the appalling mess and damaged caused by the incompetent floor fitters. My flooring is not level. I have photos of that too.

Problems with customer services. La Z Boy chair, leather peeling, seat sagging, frame wobbly. Passed to a third Party for inspection. Took six weeks and hours of waiting in. Now Homeserve say invalid claim. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR LA Z BOY 10 year warranty!!! Gave one star as no star not an option. I’m very disappointed with Claytons Carpets in Lincoln.

We had a LaZy Boy suite for 6 months. One side of the settee is rouching up very badly and padding feels much thinner than other side. Other side is fine. The chair is fine and has no puckering. I am 55kgs so only tiny and have never sat on any of the suite without throws. Claytons got Homeserve out and went by their findings that nothing is wrong and its wear and tear. We have no pets, no children and only the 2 of us has ever sat on the suite. Is a £2,000 suite only supposed to last 6 months? Very disappointed with after sales

We are disappointed that you have given us 1 Star as we aim for 5 Stars every time. La Z Boy have rejected your warranty claim on the basis of your product being free of manufacturing defects. We want you, as with all our customers, to be satisfied with your purchase and our service. The repeated flexing of the footrest on your recliner will cause the fabric on your seat to ripple slightly, this will have no effect upon the life expectancy of your furniture at all. It is our aim as a local family company to give great service and so whilst La Z Boy will not help on this occasion, we are happy to arrange to have our own upholsterer re-tension your seat if this will return your enjoyment of your furniture and restore your faith in us. We will contact you shortly.

Very good products but the service was very unpleasant! I visit the shop today to get floor prices for my new house and the gentlemen who was assisted me almost told me that what I like was too expensive. I was very disappointed with how unprofessional he was when they have such a good name in town!

Artemis, we are disappointed with your Review. It is our policy to always try and save customers money where there are most cost effective options, this is why we buy bulk and hold such huge stocks, so that we can pass on the savings. We would always sell you, your chosen range if that is what you desire, but would also offer alternatives so that you can make an informed decision. Please feel free to call back in and we will do our best to help you, and give you Five Star Service.

DO NOT GO ON A SUNDAY. Arrived today 01/09 1130. 2 staff on [not their fault] Both serving customers and filling in forms. 3 other couples in front of us waiting to be served. After a full 20 minutes we could wait no longer for service. Upon leaving another came out too and left with same complaint to me. Shame on you Claytons. You want to sell but not employ adequate staff. Well you can take the price off a through lounge carpet which we have just purchased elsewhere. Now we can get on with our day! Not Sunday if you need a service.

We had a specification we knew we could reach with the budget, and a quick double bed was in need. I emailed Claytons and they rang to say I should come to store, as a deal could most definitely be made to meet spec and budget. I was clear about my needs from the outset and visited store. They proceeded to try and sell a bed in excess of the budget discussed. A deal was made (much like buying a car)...and the bed was collected. It had a broken foot and broken draw runner (1 of 2). After a few nights it continued to be an incredibly hard mattress: much firmer than experienced in the shop. Looking on their web page there is an explanation about this-how a new mattress/suite can feel firmer than the one tried in store, as manufacturers can leave “25% softening to occur naturally through the first few weeks of use by the customer.” After allowing a good few weeks of disappointing comfort, the advice I received was to kneel and bounce on it to help it to soften. No other after sales support. From the other end of the phone they inform there is no fault with the bed.

You advertise beds on your website. But can only find mattresses. So waste of time.
