“I had been to another furniture store for a 'quote' and wanted a comparison. I came to your store and ordered and that was it. Ian instore was very helpful and friendly, he even made us a coffee! The men who delivered the furniture have been the same, helpful, friendly and concientious, great all round. I would definitely recommend Claytons”

“Excellent service from beginning to end. When browsing for new wardrobes in store, Ian was attentive but not intrusive. No pressure just informative with various choices and advice. The wardrobes were delivered with courtersy, ease and efficiency. They were fitted by Paul who was polite and friendly with excellent end results. All the packaging was removed and everything left tidy. Impressive company with competitive prices for quality and service. Thank you”

“I have just had 2 large rooms fitted with carpet from Claytons. The whole experience has been friendly and efficient from selecting and measuring to fitting. Andy measured and Adam and Stewart fitted. The fitters were on time, fitted quickly and immaculately and tidied up after themselves. I won't buy anywhere else.”

“Neil in the showroom was very helpful, giving us just the right amount of support and advice without dominating. The carpet was delivered and fitted within a few days of our order. And as this was just three weeks before Christmas, we were quite surprised, and delighted.”

“I have been very impressed from start to finish. Staff in the shop were great and for holding my products for so long. Jake and Kev were brilliant when they brought and made made furniture. Paul was very friendly and tidy when working. Overall I was very happy with the service from everyone”

“Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The delivery drivers were really friendly, helpful and considerate. The furniture was larger than expected so they had trouble fitting it through the doors. The men took their time and worked out a solution that would work. Both pieces look FANTASTIC!! A big thumbs up to everyone involved.”

“Glynis sold the sofa to us and we were very pleased. The icing on the cake was the delivery. It arrived on time and Jake and Steve were brilliant. We have light carpets and they put blankets down to protect them and they were very personable and polite.”

“We have purchased many carpets from Lincoln Claytons over the years and always go back due to the exceptional service we receive. We wouldn't consider anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly the sales staff and the carpet fitters. We would like to mention Nigel who over the years has often looked after us. Nothing is ever too much trouble to him and he always goes above and beyond. In this world we live in today there are not many shops or staff that give you this special service anymore, so Thank you Nigel and all at Claytons”
