“Visited Clayton's, on a recommendation from a friend as we were looking for a chair. The range was excellent with all the names you would expect in an English furniture shop.
However we couldn't find quite what we wanted, then we met Glynis, who took the time to explain the various options available in the rise and recline range. We never purchase on impulse, but after Glynis revealed the price we made an immediate purchase, as we had already looked at several which were much more expensive. The lead time was remarkably quick, and delivered by Jake to the exact spot we wanted. My husband is delighted with his chair, and overall it was a very satisfying process.
