“Just wanted to pass on my thanks and the excellent customer service from Ian. I visited the store last week and was greeted by your friendly team. I was enquiring about bed fixings as I was having a headboard made and was directed to Ian on the first floor who was very helpful. I always try and support local and I find that you get that extra service”
