“In store service was very good and the lady that served us was very helpful and gave good advice. The delivery time was very good and even though the delivery was very difficult the delivery drivers were very good and dealt with it very professionally.”

“Delivery of carpet excellent. Fitting of carpet excellent staff excellent. All excellent apart from very last thing. The carpet left with loos pile all over it which our vacuum could not cope with and just got bunged up. So what would have been a very pleasant experience became a nightmare. I was told it was normal to leave it in this state. So dissapointing.”
