“Claytons is a company I always go back to. I've used them many times over the years. The store staff are very helpful and not pushy. My new furniture was stored at no extra cost until I was ready and when it came to delivery the team were excellent.”

“Delivery of carpet excellent. Fitting of carpet excellent staff excellent. All excellent apart from very last thing. The carpet left with loos pile all over it which our vacuum could not cope with and just got bunged up. So what would have been a very pleasant experience became a nightmare. I was told it was normal to leave it in this state. So dissapointing.”

“We have used Claytons many times over the years, we recently bought a side table for upstairs and Ian as always was so helpful. The delivery guys were so friendly and helpful. We cannot commend them all enough. We have just ordered laminate flooring for our living room, we were helped by a lovely guy ( so sorry I've forgotten his name) he answered all of our questions in store, then brought the two large samples to our home when he came to measure up so we could see them in situ. This made finalising our decision so much easier. Can't wait for it to be fitted.”

“Great store, relaxing and a pub across the road. All the questions we had were answered and the sofas had a good delivery time. The delivery team were very good and put covers down to protect our carpet and they were very cheerful!”

“From the minute to walking into Clayton’s, felt no pressure, such great service, from Ian, Steve, Jake and Tom. “Wish we had discovered Clayton’s in Lincoln years ago. What a refreshing experience. From the staff in the showroom to the fitters in our home, they have been the most professional people we have dealt with in a long time. All to schedule as promised. Any issues were dealt with efficiently and respectfully and always followed up with a courtesy phone call to check or update us. We cannot fault the service we have received and will always use them in the future.”
