“I was told that I would get 20% off my first order and was given the code it said this would come off the price at the end but it didn't and the full amount we as paid fromy bank account I have sent two emails to see if this can be rectified or will I need to cancel order and then reorder to be able to purchase the pushchair with the twenty percent discount?”

“I had heard fantastic things about Clair de Lune moses baskets, so we ordered ours. The deluxe stand came completely disassembled, so you will have a bit of work putting this together. The predrilled holes were a bit out and so we had to put new ones in so it wasn't wonky. The attention to detail is quite poor. It doesn't feel as sturdy as I'd like, so I am a bit disappointed. The actual basket and mattress is fine. Delivery was okay, they popped in a free blanket which was a nice perk.”

Jessey replied almost instantly, asking for my details, and posted the said screws and fittings out the same day for me, no questions asked, which I received the next day.
I really did not expect this high level of service, I genuinely just wanted to know which screws I needed to buy, but it has saved me so much hassle by Jessey sending these to me when I’m heavily pregnant.

“My initial basket was received and was lovely, but the inside cover had a small joke in it. Emailed customer service and they sent me out a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement didn’t arrive (likely due to Royal Mail) so I whacked back and got a quick response that it had been posted again. Sure enough received it the next day. Great customer service to rectify a small issue.
