“Ordered 2 lots of crib sheets for the foldable crib. Quick, efficient delivery, great price, washed well. Baby isn't here yet so cannot comment on quality of material for baby skin. Would recommend 💞”

“Ordered Moses basket thinking I was getting a luxury product and something special for the new arrival. Was so disappointed with quality of palm Moses basket. A lot of shedding, bedding materials felt cheap and thin, hood would not attach well or stay upright. Customer services although helped to have product returned did not offer any alternative basket of better quality which makes me think it’s a common problem with all their products. Eventually brought one half the price from another brand and it was 10 times better! I would not recommend.”

“When my purchase didn't arrive due to an error in the address the staff went our if the way to make sure we had a replacement sent quickly and even gave us a free blanket as an apology. Great customer service!”

“Ordered the palm paisley moses basket. Really disappointed with the poor quality of the product. The hood doesn't attach well and doesn't stay in place, mattress was small for the basket and palm/wicker strands were coming out. I was expecting a more luxury product but really so many cheaper and better quality products out there. Contacted customer services and felt only option was a return as they couldn't even offer a better quality product. I would've been OK if they apologised and said it was a mistake / one off and offered me something different - even if I had to pay a bit more - but this wasn't the case.”

“A Family member bought Moses basket drape and stand as a gift due to an accident of my own when washing the drape it ended up with a hole and was no longer useable but I emailed and Jessey as managed to get hold of a replacement drape! “I recently bought a Moses basket and stand for my son and his partner. The basket was fine, but sadly there was a problem with the stand. I rang the number on your website and spoke to an actual person (always a bonus!). She was very friendly, took my son's number and email address and contacted him. The problem has now been sorted out and the stand is perfect. Thank you for excellent customer service.”
