I was worried that it wouldn't be resolved as I had failed to get through to anyone at the company I ordered from. Jessey from customer service at Clair-De-Lune really helped me. She took details and arranged delivery for a new crib tomorrow and the collection of the partial box contents of the crib I received. It was so easy to get assistance and such a pleasure to deal with such a great employee.”
