“As seems to be the common there, Jessey from customer service was particularly efficient and helpful. She resolved all the issues we had. It’s such a shame the company use FedEx who create more of the problems when the products are good value and the staff seem to care too!”

“I had a problem with a Moses basket mattress and I emailed thinking I would get a reply in a weeks time or longer like other retailers but I got a reply the same day from Jessey James, the service was excellent. I was sent out a new mattress with Moses sheets thrown in for free, the new mattress arrived the next day. Superior service and will continue to be a customer to Clair-De-Luna with fantastic members of staff like Jessey.”

“I contacted Clair De Lune today regarding missing parts to a crib that I ordered through a 3rd party provider. I was worried that it wouldn't be resolved as I had failed to get through to anyone at the company I ordered from. Jessey from customer service at Clair-De-Lune really helped me. She took details and arranged delivery for a new crib tomorrow and the collection of the partial box contents of the crib I received. It was so easy to get assistance and such a pleasure to deal with such a great employee.”
