I got in touch with my sister and she emailed the same day and within 2 days the missing pieces were delivered. Not only did they send them 1st class but they sent them to my address rather then my sisters which was even better! Also the Moses basket it’s beautiful. Thankyou very much!”

Only con is fixing the stand was not as straight forward as we hoped. Instructions could have been clearer and the actual putting together was not as easy. But once done it’s sturdy and no issues.”

It’s trickery picking a mattress as there as a few different types, so getting expert advice is Necessary.

“We ordered a moses basket and stand from Clair de Lune, when they arrived the stand was faulty and could not be put together. The moses basket itself was poor quality and the hood could not be attached properly; not what we expected for the price we paid. We got in touch with customer services to return the items, explaining that the stand was faulty and the moses basket was poor quality. When we received the refund it was minus £6, we had been charged for the return! When I emailed to question this with customer services I got no reply, just a notification that they had refunded our return charge - no apology from the company for this or the fact we were sent faulty goods in the first place.”
