“I placed an order on Saturday morning with next-day delivery as I am 40 weeks pregnant and the Moses basket that we inherited broke! I understood that the next day delivery would not arrive until Monday with Sunday not being a working day. No updates to my order or even any tracking information available until 6pm on Monday, where I can now see that the delivery will be made on Wednesday. Have contact customer support a couple of times, no resolution or offer of support. It’s my first time ordering from the site, after hearing good things I am quite disappointed! Don’t offer next day delivery if you can’t fulfil the order the next day, and respond to your customers in a timely fashion! Being pregnant isn’t a time you should be having to worry about having your Moses basket on time - I would have ordered from elsewhere if I’d known that it was going to take this long.”
