“I am so so shocked and disappointed in the customer services at Clair de Lune. I ordered items for next day delivery over a week ago. Items never arrived next day. I contacted customer services straight away who informed me they didn’t know why I wasn’t delivered and was contacting the courier. They refunded me my next day payment. It has been a full week since then, 2 further emails from me asking where my items are OR where my refund is. I bought these for a baby shower and am now without the items and without the money. I’m a mother on maternity leave and every penny counts. Customer services have said they keep trying to contact the courier but can’t get a response from them. They are refusing to refund me and refusing to send out the items again. I am shocked! I am being dismissed and have never experienced a service like it. It is on them as a company to ensure my order is fulfilled or issue a refund. I am still waiting to hear from them and sending another email today. Avoid buying from here :( super upset and there is much better customer services from other companies for baby products out there!”

“Love my new Moses basket! I have always dreamt of a wicker style basket for our lounge when we finally have our little miracle. I can’t wait to be able to use it once he/she arrives. The wooden style means we can move it around our home if we wish and it will still go with all of our interiors. The blankets and sheets are so soft. It’s such great quality for the price.”

“The folding crib is beautiful and looks just as nice as it does in photos and I don’t regret buying it. Im hoping to use it downstairs instead of a Moses and my babies outgrew them in weeks previously. However, I did have to chase Clair de Lune as I didn’t hear anything for 6 days after ordering about dispatch but emailed and got a reply from customer services straight away and it was then dispatched. I built the crib and I thought that it would fold and stay folded up but it doesn’t, you have to have it placed between two objects to keep it folded. I again emailed customer services who suggested “ Thank you for contacting us. The bolts of the sides will need to be loosened off, fold the crib and then tighten the bolts again.” But after trying this, it didn’t work as the holes do not match up on the crib for this to work, but the holes match up when it’s unfolded to keep it together. So I can’t really use the “fold up” feature. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong but after looking again at it, I can’t see what it is.”
