“The delivery arrived on time. As we were trying to assemble the stand, we struggled and weren’t sure where we made a mistake. We spoke to Robyn in customer service who was really trying to help us (as much as that’s possible over the phone). It was lovely to experience customer service that actually cared and wanted to help. We’ve now managed to assemble the stand and it looks great :) looking forward to using it.”

“The stand isn’t very sturdy, the plastic that goes around the top has to be on the last setting or the basket doesn’t fit on the stand properly because the plastic bumps into the wicker. I don’t think the finish is great on the wicker and all the wadding is visible which I think for the money could be better!”

“customer service could be an experience. Their deliver company ( fedEx) took the initiative to deliver when I wasn't home without even asking if it was ok ( deliver was scheduled for another day) and when I try to reach them it was impossible. I have to dealt with Claire de lune that with no common sense tried to wash hand and not want to take responsibilities and then when I was to the point to ask refund tried unsuccessfully with FedEx. In the end they deliver my item while I was working and as I m living in London risk of stolen package is always around corner. When ur deliver provider is u0nprofessional u have respond of it. Customers don t choose them customers wants just the item they purchased delivered safety!”
