“I was pleased to see very little difference between their renewal quote and what I could get elsewhere. Other than that I have no experience - thank goodness!!”

“Keeping my fingers crossed. Got laid off, damn Universal Credit is no joke, am retraining & essentially need the car to get to college but l don't think City Insurance will give me extra time to pay the last installment, 13 days after as it isn't in my account at the mome.”

“After giving all my relevant details which to the best of my knowledge were correct as required by law, the agreed cost I was called for had Bern raised more than 3 times what had at first been agreed to. As I depend on my vehicle to maintain my rather simple livelihood I had no choice but to pay up. By the way I could not afford this and as such was assisted by an outsider otherwise I may have been completely destitute. All this in spite of the fact I once (in 1999) had insurance as a driver in London Streatham area with no claims. I found all this to be very unfair. I've been a driver more than 3 decades.”
