“Very helpful and friendly staff not a machine asking for lots of options to be selected. My policy is good value amd I changed my reg to a private plate which was amended on the policy straight away with no extra cost. Great service. Highly recommend.”

“I’m just gobsmacked that I was charged extra for which was termed as a high risk area- and then market related when we gave our new address 4 miles from where we lived. How is this justified? It unacceptable!”
