“Not being insured until you've phoned them is annoying, I'm sure there are valid reasons for it but if you're in a hurry and the office is closed it's no help even if they are the cheapest. However they are polite and efficient.”

“We made a claim in March last year after a accident which the other driver admitted liability for immediately. His insurance paid out within weeks, however City Insurance took months to release the funds and only did so after being threatened with the ombudsmen. I would not recommend you.”
