“Great the 1st year but not competitive the second unfortunately by over £100's !! I would have remained a customer if second year was competitive.”

“When I was setting up my insurance I found it easy to contact city via email with immediate responses... and just found the reply quite personal as if thy genuinely were happy to help. Keep up the good work 🙂 Kind regards Karen Pilkington”

“Insurance is insurance. The outsourced claims management needs some improvement as details of any claim is repetitive between all the parties involved. Data protection needs improvement as I've been inundated with spam callers since beginning a claim.”
