“Not yet needed to contact them. But changing to them was easy and I had a real person to talk to rather than doing it on-line.”

“Good value for money however you should consider your policy on renewals. Asking for a deposit every time a policy is renewed is quite depressing. You should have an automatic renewal unless a customer declines it. You should also consider spreading the monthly instalments over 12 months instead of 9 to make it more affordable to customers to pay instalments.”

“Not being insured until you've phoned them is annoying, I'm sure there are valid reasons for it but if you're in a hurry and the office is closed it's no help even if they are the cheapest. However they are polite and efficient.”
