“We had a particularly difficult car insurance requirement and had not been able to obtain cover through the online sites, or indeed through other brokers. City Insurance quickly arranged cover, at a reasonable price, and dealt with us in an efficient and friendly manner, even though we were in Spain during the discussions.”

“I found the sales team quick and efficient, from ringing them up it was all complete within 15 mins , they also asked in regards to my no claims bonuses from my previous provider which i thought was good. The price to other competitors was very good too, i just hope things and prices change over the covid19”

“I have given four stars as I can only comment on the very competetive price and that it was fairly easy to arrange the insurance as fortunatley I haven't had to contact them since. i can't comment on anything else and wouldn't want to be misleading.”

“I contacted you with a question about my car insurance. You told me you would call me back. You could not be bothered. I will not be renewing. You are the cheapest insurer for a reason. God help me if I have a crash and need to claim Alistair Stevenson”
