“Came across un helpful with honest advice regarding an error on my no claim bonus with my previous insurance , my husband have to step in to assist me as the person l was speaking did not seems to trust my words . Bad experience l felt l was treated differently”

“Straight talking, best price and very helpful without the cabaret. I unexpectedly changed my car a day or two after the cover had started and it was dealt with without problems. In my experience there is little waiting time for them to answer the phone. I hope to use them in the future.”

“Competent and friendly people with whom to deal. They ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE TOO! Wow! This is a rarity with insurance companies nowadays so until they expand and set up a zero-hours call centre in Mumbai/Manchester, I’m sticking with them!!”

“I found City Insurance two months ago through GoCompare and your quotation was MUCH more attractive than my previous insurers, who were quoting a substantial increase over the previous year in spite of my maximum no-claim record. Setting-up cover with City was hassle-free too, so win-win all round. I'm happy.”
