“Very impressed with the way in which my applicationb for Insurance was dealt with. I will be looking to place further business with you in November when main car is due for cover. I felt that the geentleman who dealt with me and spoke on the phone was absolutrely in tune with what was needed and I thank him.”

“City Insurance started off well when they came up on the search engine site, but unfortunately fell extremely short when it came to purchasing the product and the price had risen by a considerable amount from the quote, not as much as others I may add but still misleading customers!”

“I was very impressed by the friendly, efficient service when I was insuring my new vehicle in March. My previous insurer didn't want to know, as it said it couldn't cover my car, a PHEV, because it wasn't on their list. However, when I went on Compare the Market, they were prepared to offer two extortionate quotes! I didn't proceed, but soon after leaving the website, City Insurance contacted me. They offered me a policy with LV=, which I accepted, at a far more reasonable price than they had offed on the website. I was delighted, and have told many of my friends to contact City Insurance when they are about to renew their insurance.”

“Never had the desire to go any where else for my insurance, staff have always been helpful and quick to resolve any issues. Would highly recommend, my quotes are always good and again this years quote was competitive city insurers are a win win for me”

“I've used City Insurance for a few years now, they are a broker that actually listens to your requirements and tries to find the correct cover for you, they usually do!! Easy to work with, great customer service and available when you need them. Fully recommended.”
